Terms of use

1. Eligibility

• gotwifi.fun is for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By connecting a wallet or creating a Packet, you confirm you meet this requirement.
• You may not access gotwifi.fun from a jurisdiction where participating in Packets, staking tokens, or receiving a potential payout based on market outcomes is prohibited. A configurable regional restriction list will be enabled once applicable jurisdictions are confirmed by legal review (see the Draft notice above).
• You are responsible for determining whether use of gotwifi.fun is lawful where you are located.

2. What you're agreeing to

Using gotwifi.fun means you understand and accept the Packet mechanic described on the Docs page: you stake $WIFI into a Packet made of one or more Nodes, each Node is a market condition with a target price and deadline, and the Packet's potential payout depends on whether every Node reaches Connected before time runs out. Settlement is determined by the protocol's settlement service and on-chain events — not by anything shown or computed in your browser.

By submitting a Packet you accept the specific stake, target prices, multiplier, deadline, fee and max payout shown in the signed Quote at the moment you sign it, not any earlier or later estimate shown on screen.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Packets are not a guaranteed-return product. Outcomes depend on real market prices, and a Packet can result in a total loss of your staked $WIFI. gotwifi.fun does not offer or imply any guaranteed, risk-free, or investment return product — see the Risk Disclosure page for the full picture before you create a Packet.

4. Prohibited use

• Attempting to manipulate a price source, oracle, or canonical pool used for Node settlement.
• Exploiting, or attempting to exploit, a bug in the frontend, Quote service, or smart contracts instead of reporting it.
• Using gotwifi.fun to launder funds or evade sanctions, tax, or other applicable law.
• Accessing gotwifi.fun from a restricted jurisdiction or while underage.
• Automating wallet interactions in a way designed to abuse Quote pricing or Vault exposure limits.

5. No affiliation with Robinhood

gotwifi.fun is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated in partnership with Robinhood Markets, Inc. or WhiteFiber, unless a written agreement states otherwise. $WYFI is referenced only as the ticker of WhiteFiber's official Stock Token on Robinhood Chain — see Docs for the full accuracy statement.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms are a draft and will change materially once formal legal review is complete. Continued use of gotwifi.fun after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes affecting active LIVE Packets will not retroactively alter the settlement rules of a Packet you already signed.
