1. You can lose your entire stake

A Packet is not a savings product and does not offer a guaranteed, risk-free, or fixed investment return. When you create a Packet, the $WIFI you stake can be lost in its entirety if even one Node in the Packet fails to reach Connected before its deadline — see Packet states. There is no partial refund for a Node that comes close but doesn't hit its target.

2. What must be shown before you create a Packet

Before you sign and submit a Packet, gotwifi.fun discloses, for that specific Packet:

  • That your principal (staked $WIFI) may be lost entirely.
  • The odds reflected in each Node's multiplier and the Packet's combined multiplier.
  • The protocol fee deducted from any payout.
  • The price source (canonical pool or oracle) used to settle each Node.
  • The settlement rules that determine when a Node is marked Connected — see Signal Confirmation.
  • The maximum payout for the Packet.

All of these are fixed in the signed Quote at the moment you sign — none of them can change afterward without your Packet being void and refunded per protocol rules.

3. Odds and payouts are estimates from a Risk Engine, not certainties

Multipliers are produced by a backend Risk Engine using historical volatility, time window, Vault exposure and other inputs — they are a pricing model's output, not a guarantee of a specific probability. Past price behavior does not determine future outcomes.

4. Volatility and manipulation resistance

Meme assets in particular can be thinly traded and volatile, which makes them easier to move with a single large trade than a deep, liquid market. To reduce (not eliminate) this risk, Node settlement requires a 15-second TWAP plus two consecutive samples at or above target, rather than a single trade print — see Signal Confirmation for the full rule. This raises the cost of manipulating a single Node's outcome, but it does not make manipulation impossible, and it does not protect against genuine, sustained adverse price movement.

5. Not affiliated with Robinhood

gotwifi.fun is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated in partnership with Robinhood Markets, Inc. $WYFI is the ticker of WhiteFiber, an AI infrastructure company, referenced here only as an officially registered Stock Token on Robinhood Chain used as a pairing and market-signal asset. See Docs for the full accuracy statement. Robinhood Chain network availability, RPC uptime, and Stock Token trading status are outside this protocol's control and can affect price data or settlement timing.

6. Regulatory uncertainty

Products that involve staking a token and receiving a variable payout based on market outcomes may be regulated differently across jurisdictions, and that regulatory treatment is not yet finalized for gotwifi.fun. A full legal and regulatory assessment of applicable jurisdictions, an 18+ age gate, and configurable regional restrictions are required before mainnet opens beyond a limited, low-stake beta — see the Draft notice above. Availability may change or be restricted in your region without notice as that review concludes.

7. Smart contract and operational risk

Packets rely on smart contracts, keeper services, and price oracles that can contain bugs, be paused, or fail. The Router Vault's ability to pay a Connected Packet depends on its available balance at settlement time; Vault mechanics and solvency checks are described on the Docs page. None of this eliminates the possibility of delayed settlement, a voided Packet, or loss of funds from a contract-level failure.
